The Phase Transitions in Alloyed Manganites La1-x3+Ax2+MnO3
For description of magnetic and electric properties of alloyed manganites La1-x3+Ax2+MnO3(A = Sa, Sr) depending on the concentration of bivalent element Ax2+ (within the limits of 0 < x < 0.3) the model of double exchange, conception of clusters and percolation theory are used. In approaching of the molecular field pattern the temperatures behaviour of the phase transition to the paramagnetic state is estimated. The metallic state at x ≈ 0.3 and dielectric state with charge ordering at x = 0.5 are considered.

Simple Method of an Estimation of the Metal-Insulator Transition Criterion in the Hubbard Model
We have calculated energy of the paramagnetic system with one electron per atom in the Hartree-Fock and the Hubbard-1 approximations as functions of parameter . Threshold value of parameter as a crossing point of graphs of the energy dependence on parameter λ in specified approximations is certain. This threshold value it is possible to consider as a point of transition metal-insulator.

Effective Hamiltonians of Indirect Interaction in Conductive Magnets
The method of integration of motion equations for the operators of electrons transitions is proposed. Their solutions are presented as power series expansion of localized spins operators. Using solutions obtained, we constructed the effective Hamiltonians of indirect interaction in conductive magnet as combination of localized spins operators up to the fourth degree.

Magnetic Relaxation in Anisotropic Non-Heisenberg Magnet
It was shown that in anisotropic spin-one non-Heisenberg magnet anisotropic nematic phase is realized. The conditions of stability of this phase were determinded. Also shown that the effective Lagrangian of the anisotropic spin nematic is given to the Lagrangian anisotropic sigma models for a single vector. The dispersion laws and magnons damping were calculated in anisotropic spin nematic phase.

Phase States of Intermetallic Compounds of Therfenol-D Type
We considered the model of the magnetic and magnetoelastic properties of the intermetallic compounds. The model presented takes into account the influence of "giant" magnetoelastic coupling and the biquadratic exchange interaction. Within the frameworks of the model proposed we investigated the phase transitions on the material constants and temperature. Both the ferromagnetic and the quadrupolar phases can be realized in the system considered. At this, the phase transition between these phases is of the first kind and occurs through the intermediate – quadrupolar-ferromagnetic – state. We also obtained the dependences of temperature phase transitions on the constants of Heisenberg and biquadratic exchanges.

The theoretical model of temperature driven reorientation phase transitions in two-sublattice ferromagnetic is build. This model is used to explain the experimental dependence of magnetization on temperature in U2Co15Si2alloy.

Atomic Layer Deposition as a Nanotechnological Method for Functional Materials. Review
This paper is review of the main working principle of the modern nanotechnological method – atomic layer deposition (ALD). Some technological regimes, several peculiarities of the technological equipment and application of ALD are presented. In nanoelectronics the ALD technology is applied for FEMOS – transistors, capacitors in DRAM memory, metallization and buffer layers deposition. We shortly analyses the equipment of some companies - venders of ALD machines.

Interface Properties Single Crystal Films Bismuth-Constituted Garnet - GGG Substrate
Concentration's dependencies of garnet-constituted elements, magnetic properties and interface morphology of Bi-substituted yttrium iron garnet films of general composition (BiSmLu)3(FeGaAl)5O12 on (111) GGGsubstrates are investigated. It was revealed that magnetic properties and complicated shapes of magnetooptical hysteresis loops of some garnet films depend on film-substrate-interface characteristics. In some films near compensation point we detected the effect of spin-reorientation phase transformation with following thermo-magnetic hysteresis.

The Research of Conformities of Senescence Process in Metallic Glasses
It is obtained, that long-term exposure of binary amorphous alloys at normal external conditions leads to the increase of their thermal stability, which is results of the considerable re-erecting of structure of amorphous alloys, which consists in stratification of amorphous matrix and increase of middle sizes of the "freezes" nanocrystals. In multicomponent amorphous alloys the presence of high temperature alloying admixtures (Nb and Mo) is slowed by the process of diffusion, that to result in blocking growth of nanocrystals, thus, more stable structure appears with the less size of nanocrystals, that confirms an increase temperature of beginning of intensive crystallization on (30-50) K after the long-term exposure.

Relaxation Features of Ceramics Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 Close to the Point of Polarization Switching
Relaxation behavior of ceramics Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 after excitation by constant electric field is experimentally studied. The relaxation of properties is long-time - tens hours, and goes under the law close to the logarithmic. It is experimentally show that electric field corresponding to the maximum speed of relaxation are located below the points of phase transition. Such behavior is connected with formation of germs of a new phase.

Investigation of PZT-Based Piezoceramics with MnO2, MgO, Bi2O3, PbF2, Fe2O3, SrO, Nb2O5 Additions
Influence of additives which contain MnO2, MgO, Bi2O3, PbF2, Fe2O3, SrO, Nb2O5 on electrophysical properties of PZT-based piezoceramics was investigated. Microstructure of piezoceramic was studied and the crystallites size is 15–30 мm was shown. Additives distribution using scanning electronic microscope was investigated. Due to addition of above mentioned additives, especially together with Nb2O5, piezoceramics with characteristic properties, phase transition temperature is 250–260°C and dielectric loss tangent at 20– 150°C is 0.3·10-2–0.7·10-2, can be obtained. Behavior of dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss tangent under strong electric field was studied.

Investigation of Different Types of the Pores Obtained by Anodic Etching on Surface (111) InP
Porous InP layers have been produced by electrochemical anodic etching. Surface morphology of the porous films of InP were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Two different types of pores: crystallographically oriented ("crysto") and current-line-oriented. ("curro") pores can be obtained.

Space-Time Structures of Lamellar Type in Limited Polymeric Mixtures
Polymer-polymer systems with fluctuating concentration were considered and the dynamics of fluctuations near the disordered phase was studied under the following conditions: polymeric chains fulfill non-Fick's diffusion; the non-linear dynamical process of nucleation of the ordered phase takes place within the film volume. It was shown that the control of boundary conditions and volume parameters of the problem allow us to obtain space-time oscillations of the order parameter.
